During February 2009, Provet IT conducted an email survey on the performance of the support desks for all of the applications supported by Provet IT.
We received excellent feedback regarding VisionVPM support with an overwhelming 99% of VisionVPM responses indicating their support was average, good or excellent and 96% rating the service as good or excellent.
