Training

Training is a very important part of your VisionVPM software implementation and your practice’s ongoing utilisation of the software product.

Our trainers are product specialists who are also involved in product development and support. This means that they understand in detail what and how our software products work, and have a wide understanding of client business requirements.

Initial Training

When you first purchase VisionVPM software, training should be part of the implementation process to ensure that your computer users understand the software product and how it relates to the tasks that they need to complete within your specific work environment. Initial training sessions focus on getting the basics right so that you and your staff can effectively complete your work within the VisionVPM software.

Follow up training

Refresher and advanced training sessions are also available to ensure that you are getting the most out of your VisionVPM software. These sessions are useful for example, where a number of significant software upgrades have been released since your initial training, where there are specific tasks or functions you would like to perform with your VisionVPM software or where there have been staff changes.
