Highlights

• Lab Result Viewing enhancements

  There is now a visual indicator of where lab results are relative to the normal range. This should assist with identification of results outside the normal range.

• Client Patient Monthly Activity Report

  This shows the number of new active clients, newly inactive clients, new patients, recovered clients, lost clients etc for any monthly date range.

• Supplier Letter and Mail Merge Facility

  Now you can generate letters for your suppliers by merging from VisionVPM. This will save time with address labels or notifications about any clinic changes that might affect your suppliers.

• Stock Reordering based on % sales

  Set up your automatic stock reordering based on a percentage of previous stock to help you keep stock on hand without over-ordering.

• Header only GL accounts

  General Ledger accounts which cannot have transactions allocated to them. These function purely as headers to facilitate reporting.

  This is the structure people are used to in MYOB and some other GL programs.

• Option to display drugs and reminders on clinical record window

  Increases the amount of readily viewable information from the clinical record, making it quicker to check reminder status and what is prescribed.

• Increased SMS texting functionality

  You can now text from the hospital window and for specific patients from the client details window. 

• New Equine Pet Name field

  Much requested – for recording horse's stable names in addition to their racing names. Searchable.

• More data and Marketing Search options

  All patients also now have first and last visit dates displayed with marketing searches available.

• Appointment Improvements

  One step arrival, weighing and microchip check facility. Search for previous appointments from the Animal Details window.
